About the position

Seasons By is seeking a Creative Director to lead our social media marketing efforts. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to analyze data to optimize performance across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling content tailored for each social media channel, including text, images, and videos.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Utilize tools for social media management to schedule posts and track performance metrics.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns; make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives that complement social media efforts.
  • Collaborate with in-store team members to stay up to date on new styles & trends!
  • Engage creatively and actively in the store's past, present, and future plans.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation and editing.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Familiarity with HTML is a plus for optimizing content on various platforms.
  • Experience in email marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent research skills to stay updated on trends in digital marketing and social media.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Previous work in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
