About the position

ORACLE Lighting, a pioneer in the automotive industry, is dedicated to crafting innovative LED solutions. We are expanding our team and seeking a creative and skilled Marketing Content Strategist and Creator to join our growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's voice and marketing strategy. This role involves video production, content creation, and project management, requiring expertise in storytelling, digital marketing trends, and a strong ability to be creative and meet deadlines. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content, including promotional videos, interviews, install guides, and social media clips. You will manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, camera operation, and post-production editing. Your role will also involve capturing high-quality content, including videography and audio, and editing film and video footage using modern editing techniques to create captivating and polished final products. Additionally, you will create, review, and edit content for ORACLE Lighting across various digital channels. This includes developing engaging and innovative content for websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels, as well as assisting in the creation of visual assets. You will also be responsible for editing and repurposing existing video content for use across different platforms to maximize engagement and reach. Researching industry-related topics and trends to recommend relevant and timely content ideas that resonate with our target audience will be key to your success in this role. Project management is another critical aspect of this position. You will collaborate with the Marketing Director, product development, social media, and other team members to create tailored marketing content and meet deadlines. Coordinating with internal teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining an organized archive of video footage, project files, and digital assets will be essential. You will also analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates, ensuring all content aligns with ORACLE Lighting's brand history, voice, and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content, including promotional videos, interviews, install guides, and social media clips.
  • Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, camera operation, and post-production editing.
  • Capture high-quality content, including videography and audio.
  • Edit film and video footage using modern editing techniques to create captivating and polished final products.
  • Create, review, and edit content for ORACLE Lighting across various digital channels.
  • Develop engaging and innovative content for websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, Communications or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a videographer, video editor, or digital content creator.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Experience with sound and lighting techniques.
  • Ability to shoot and edit a variety of videos styles (interview, social media, long and short form digital series).
