About the position

Espada Art is seeking a Social Media Content Creator / Videographer to create fresh content aimed at engaging new customers, building brand awareness, and generating excitement for our company. This role is dedicated to producing unique video content and requires a passion for anime, editing, and storytelling. The ideal candidate will be creative, flexible, and thrive in both short-form video production and content editing, while also experimenting with various content ideas. Your primary responsibility will be to translate our brand values into engaging content while maintaining a consistent brand voice and adhering to our visual brand standards. As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating videos from concept to final product independently. This includes understanding the video production process, from videography and camera operation to lighting, color grading, and quality sound capture. You will also need to be proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including programs such as Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Additionally, you should have experience in product photography and a solid understanding of how to shoot video tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. The role requires excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines effectively, as well as strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. Staying current with social media trends is essential, and you should be able to present a portfolio of your work that showcases your ability to capture and convey brand voice. While Japanese proficiency is a strong plus, it is not a requirement for this position. Espada Art is a fast-growing company passionate about expanding Japanese pop culture in North America. Responsibilities

• Create engaging video content to attract new customers and build brand awareness.
• Translate brand values into visual content while maintaining brand voice and standards.
• Produce videos from concept to final product independently.
• Manage the video production process, including videography, camera operation, lighting, and sound capture.
• Stay current with social media trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and experiment with new content ideas.
• Present a portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity and brand voice.

Requirements

• Experience in standard video content creation and social media.
• Proficient in product photography and videography.
• Ability to create videos independently from concept to final product.
• Knowledge of current trends on social media platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
