Responsibilities

• Create and curate high-quality editorial content for Abbott's corporate channels.
• Develop engaging stories that demonstrate Abbott's leadership in health technology.
• Execute the team's multi-channel communications strategy.
• Identify storytelling opportunities based on developing trends.
• Optimize existing Abbott content for relevance and visibility.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify holistic storylines.
• Produce written and visual content in a timely manner.
• Support the monthly Abbott EDGE newsletters.
• Manage and shape department policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to financial and administrative policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in content development, writing, social media or public relations.
• Superb storytelling qualities and understanding of effective writing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Highly collaborative and a team player.
