Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Content Creator to join our team in the DMV area. The Content Creator is responsible for supporting more senior Content Creators, Systems and Software Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the development of training content. They contribute to the creation of various forms of instructional materials, including documents, audio recordings, videos, interactive training systems, learning management system modules, AR/VR environments, and other emerging technologies. The Content Creator II assists in gathering instructional requirements, collecting data, and implementing effective solutions. They collaborate with Graphic Designers and A/V Specialists to produce media that aligns with instructional goals and objectives. The Content Creator supports synchronous, asynchronous, and self-service teaching and learning experiences. They follow the guidance and direction of more senior personnel in their role.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Content Creators, Systems and Software Engineers, and SMEs in developing training content.
• Contribute to the creation of instructional materials including documents, audio recordings, videos, and interactive training systems.
• Assist in gathering instructional requirements and collecting data for effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers and A/V Specialists to produce media that aligns with instructional goals.
• Support synchronous, asynchronous, and self-service teaching and learning experiences.

Requirements

• High School diploma and 4 years of additional experience, or an Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
• A candidate holding a relevant Master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education.
• A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit for that extra education.
• Must be a US Citizen and have an active Top Secret clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience developing instructional materials for DoD or IC.
