Greencroft Communities is seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team! Greencroft Communities and its affiliates are dedicated to providing a vibrant, engaging, and supportive environment for our residents. In this role, you will play a vital part in telling the stories of our residents and showcasing the unique experiences within our communities. You will create compelling content that highlights our vibrant community life, promotes our services, and engages both current and prospective residents and their families. Responsibilities

  • Creates engaging content for various social media platforms and executes social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Manages social media channels, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages.
  • Collaborates with other team members to generate ideas, gather photos and videos for social media content.
  • Stays up to date on industry trends and best practices to keep content fresh.
  • Maintains brand voice, messaging, and visual standards across all social media channels.
  • Acts as an ambassador, promoting the company and its products and services through social media.
  • Ensures compliance with all laws as they relate to copyright and data protection.
  • Utilizes industry best practices and familiarity with the company's mission to inspire ideas and content.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required (bachelor's degree preferred) in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Ability to travel within a 3-hour radius of Goshen, Indiana regularly and overnight travel over 4 hours when necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet set timelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong collaboration capabilities with the ability to manage cross-functional partnerships.
