About the position

The Content Creator is responsible for producing compelling digital content across various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email. This role combines creativity, storytelling, and marketing expertise to build brand awareness, engage the audience, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting multimedia content and optimizing it for each platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, edit, and publish engaging content across multiple platforms, such as blog posts, social media, emails, and video scripts, tailored to target audiences.
  • Create content plans and calendars; manage social media profiles by posting regular content, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
  • Create and edit video content and graphics for campaigns, leveraging visual storytelling to communicate brand messages effectively.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity.
  • Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
  • Track content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions); analyze and report on content effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends, content tools, and competitor content strategies to identify new content opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive content strategy and alignment with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media algorithms.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
