About the position
The Content Creator at ManTech International plays a vital role in developing training content to support national security initiatives. This position involves collaborating with senior personnel and various specialists to create instructional materials across multiple formats, including documents, audio, video, and interactive systems. The role is integral to enhancing teaching and learning experiences through innovative content development.
Responsibilities
- Support senior Content Creators, Systems and Software Engineers, and SMEs in developing training content.
- Create various forms of instructional materials, including documents, audio recordings, videos, and interactive training systems.
- Assist in gathering instructional requirements and collecting data for effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers and A/V Specialists to produce media that aligns with instructional goals.
- Support synchronous, asynchronous, and self-service teaching and learning experiences.
Requirements
- High School diploma with 4 years of additional experience, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of additional experience, or a relevant Bachelor's degree.
- A Master's degree may grant 2 years' experience credit; a PhD may grant 4 years' experience credit.
