About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented content creator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is responsible for producing, reviewing, and editing content for all channels with an emphasis on social media content. The content creator will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency with brand standards while developing engaging and innovative content.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Social Media Manager to plan and execute content strategies that drive engagement and meet marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas that align with campaign goals.
• Identify specific content needs for each property and follow a creative direction that aligns with the brand's goals.
• Create a variety of high-quality multimedia content, including photos, traditional videos, social media-specific videos, blog posts, and graphics.
• Showcase the brand's amenities, services, events, and guest experiences through creative storytelling.
• Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and equipment management.
• Ensure that all content complies with copyright and data protection laws.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of how to manage professional photography and videography equipment.
• Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in photography and videography, with experience in creating and editing high-quality videos.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Experience using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings for events as required.
