As a Content Creator at Specialized, you will play a pivotal role in communicating the excitement and benefits of cycling to a diverse audience. You will be based at our Global Headquarters in Morgan Hill, CA, working in a hybrid model, primarily in the office from Tuesday to Thursday. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deploy educational videos and presentations that align with our marketing initiatives, ensuring that all content is consistent and effectively communicates our product offerings. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Specialized University (SU) team and various program leads to create high-quality educational assets that inform both retailers and riders about new products, technologies, and services. You will be tasked with understanding the nuances of Specialized products and how they enhance the cycling experience, acting as a product specialist and a source of truth for the team. Your storytelling skills will be essential as you craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience, whether through video, print, or in-person presentations. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with the Rider Care team to build a comprehensive product knowledge base that mitigates support issues and enhances the overall rider experience. Your role will also involve engaging with social media and utilizing ambassadors to amplify our messaging. Regular travel will be required to support content creation efforts, including retail visits and attendance at key cycling events.
