Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative visual content to support marketing and advertising activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and brand management teams on digital media and advertising campaigns.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts and maintain the company's presence on social media and websites.
• Ensure creative content aligns with the business unit's creative direction.
• Identify unique and creative solutions for internal customers.
• Keep social media and visual media content up-to-date and aligned with company needs.
• Define target audience and deliver a relatable tone in marketing materials.
• Support brand awareness and consistency through marketing materials and stylistic guides.
• Develop and analyze metrics to track branding and marketing effectiveness, recommending changes as needed.
• Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, addressing internal customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, graphic art, advertising, visual communication, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in a related field.
• Portfolio must include all digital (mobile, web) work.
• High level of creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Adherence to the company's values and ethical expectations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
