About the position

The Content Creator at AMS Retail Solutions is responsible for producing engaging and original content across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, attract target audiences, and drive engagement. This role requires a creative mindset and proficiency in various media formats, along with the ability to develop training materials and content that align with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create content that aligns with brand values and goals to attract, engage and retain target audiences
  • Develop high-quality, original content for various platforms
  • Collaborate with team to produce content and develop fresh ideas for topics and campaigns
  • Track content performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics
  • Use insights to refine content strategies, identify areas for improvement and align content with business objectives
  • Create measurable learning objectives
  • Develop right-sized training modules using blended learning and micro-learning strategies
  • Organize, develop or source training materials to meet specific training needs
  • Present product features and benefits in a clear and easy to understand way
  • Manage multiple tasks, projects and program concurrently
  • Build relationships with others and work together to solve problems and make improvements
  • Utilize learning templates for consistent training delivery
  • Develop training aids as needed
  • Provide learning support as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience designing and developing training materials and content including creating instructor-led materials, online/e-learning modules, job aids, online tutorials, knowledge assessments and other training materials
  • Experience designing, developing and evaluating assessments and using the assessment output data for performance and training improvements
  • Ability to apply adult learning principles and incorporate this into curriculum design and development
  • Working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, SnagIt, LMS (or similar), virtual instructor-led training tools, and social learning tools
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, and managers
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to edit content for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Ability to plan and arrange work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good content management and organization skills
