About the position

The Content Creator at Under Armour is responsible for creating compelling stories and visuals that resonate with consumers across various channels. This role involves the entire content creation process, from ideation and pre-production to capture and post-production, with a focus on storytelling that connects deeply with the audience. The Content Creator will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and effectively engages consumers.

Responsibilities

• Complete all aspects of post production for projects, including selecting and exporting photo and video assets.
• Work cross-functionally with channel owners, brand marketers, and creatives to ensure content effectiveness and brand compliance.
• Execute still and motion content capture in various environments, selecting appropriate equipment and optimizing content for specific channels.
• Explore visual and technical innovations for content, researching trends to maintain best practices in video and photography.
• Develop simple design and motion graphics to facilitate content delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Photography or Video (optional if portfolio is strong).
• 3+ years of experience in sports or commercial photography and video.
• Experience shooting celebrity talent.
• Advanced knowledge of digital still and motion content capture.
• Ability to use and scale different types of content capture equipment based on project needs.
• Deep understanding of social media and digital marketing channels.
• Strong visual skills, including an eye for lighting, shot composition, and color use.
• Understanding of artificial and natural lighting.
• Extensive knowledge of the post production process, including editing and archiving.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly during shoots.
• Knowledge of the global video and photography industry, including trends and best practices.
• Creative thinker and positive influencer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premier), Davinci Resolve, and Capture One.
