About the position

The Content Creator at Under Armour is responsible for creating compelling stories and visuals that resonate with consumers across various channels. This role involves the entire content creation process, from ideation and production to post-production, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with the brand's standards. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with a strong background in photography and videography, capable of delivering engaging content that drives consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Complete all aspects of post production for projects, including selecting, exporting, editing, and archiving final assets.
• Work cross-functionally with channel owners, brand marketers, and creatives to ensure content effectiveness and compliance with global brand standards.
• Execute still and motion content capture at various production levels and environments, selecting and assembling proper equipment as needed.
• Explore visual and technical innovation for content, researching trends to maintain an understanding of best practices in video and photography.
• Develop simple design and motion graphics to facilitate content delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Photography or Video (optional if portfolio is strong)
• 3+ years of experience in sports or commercial photography and video
• Experience shooting celebrity talent
• Advanced knowledge of digital still and motion content capture
• Ability to use and scale to different types of content capture equipment based on project needs
• Deep understanding of social media and digital marketing channels
• Strong visual skills, including an eye for good lighting and shot composition
• Understanding of artificial and natural lighting
• Extensive knowledge of the post production process, including editing and color correction
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly during shoots
• Knowledge of the global video and photography industry
• Creative thinker and positive influencer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Davinci Resolve, and Capture One
• Knowledge of audio capture techniques.
