About the position

The Content Creator at See's Candies is responsible for effectively representing the brand and engaging with customers through social media platforms. This role focuses on leveraging creative, strategic, and analytical skills to address business challenges, grow audience engagement, and strengthen community relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for social media and content creation, aiming to enhance See's online presence and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Co-own social media content calendar from ideation to execution with input from Marketing Manager.
• Use social listening and publishing tools to publish content, identify influencers, and manage assets.
• Strengthen relationships with the online community by responding promptly to questions and comments.
• Work with Customer Care team on customer service-related engagements on social channels.
• Drive community growth and engagement across all channels with relevant hashtags and trends.
• Attend and capture content during specific production runs and major events.
• Lead internal social creative best practices and research new technologies.
• Make strategic recommendations to pivot campaigns as needed.
• Track analytics to establish key success patterns and prepare reports on key metrics.
• Assist with influencer strategy and coordinate celebrity gifting opportunities.

Requirements

• Three years of hands-on B2C social media community management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with Sprout Social, Canva, Google Analytics, and Curalate is a plus.
