About the position

We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to generate engaging content for our digital platforms, aimed at driving bookings and increasing customer retention. This role will be pivotal in shaping our brand's online presence and ensuring our content aligns with our business goals. The Content Creator will work closely with the Marketing leader to develop, write, and plan the project's content strategy. This position requires fieldwork to generate content once a week or during events, which may take place in the evenings and/or on weekends. The ideal candidate will produce and edit high-quality videos, photos, and texts for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Additionally, the Content Creator will curate and optimize existing content for maximum impact and measure and report the effectiveness of the Content Plan across short, medium, and long-term goals. Responding to comments and customer queries on social media in a timely manner is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and plan the project's content strategy under the supervision of the Marketing leader.
• Fieldwork to generate content once a week or during events, which may take place in the evenings and/or on weekends.
• Produce and edit high-quality videos, photos, and texts for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Curate and optimize existing content for maximum impact.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of the Content Plan across short, medium, and long-term goals.
• Respond to comments and customer queries on social media in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Current student or graduate in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, with experience in IG Reels and TikTok.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate knowledge of photography and video editing.
