About the position

The Content Creator will be a vital member of the Marketing Team, responsible for capturing, editing, and producing engaging content for various organic social media platforms. This role focuses on creating high-quality visuals and videos that align with the brand's luxury aesthetic, contributing to the overall storytelling and marketing strategies of Boll & Branch. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.

Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality visuals (images, videos, and reels) for social media platforms.
• Manage and execute organic-social first photo shoots, including organizing talent and product samples.
• Collaborate with the internal photo and style team to create branded content during campaign photoshoots.
• Align content with overarching campaign strategies and storytelling objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content formats.
• Organize and manage content assets for future use across channels.
• Partner with the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing on content testing strategies.
• Curate additional content creators to supplement the organic social content plan.
• Create detailed briefs for content creators, incorporating strategic brand messaging and video examples.
• Coordinate product requests and provide feedback on all content.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, photography, video production, and/or social media management.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
• Ability to capture content in a luxury aesthetic that reflects the brand's identity.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
• Ability to travel to store locations and photo studios for shoots.
