The Training Content Creator at Herzog Companies is responsible for developing and managing digital training curriculum. The position requires adherence to strict deadlines and involves some nationwide travel.
Responsibilities
- Promote the company's leading reputation and culture.
- Collaborate with internal teams on the development of digital training curriculum including writing, editing, designing and organizing content.
- Coordinate photography and videography needs including digital asset inventory and management to produce and assemble custom e-Learning courses.
- Adhere to strict deadlines for multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Engage, participate, and promote Herzog's Culture and its essential behaviors.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines for multiple projects.
- Experience in writing, editing, and designing training content.
- Familiarity with digital asset management and e-Learning course development.
Nice-to-haves
