About the position

The Content Creator position at a contemporary women's fashion lifestyle brand involves developing and producing engaging visual content across various digital platforms. The role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to shoot and edit both video and still content. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning and mentor junior creatives.

Responsibilities

• Concept and create compelling, on-brand social first assets.
• Responsible for shooting and editing still and video content across Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, etc.
• Collaborate and manage a team in partnership with cross functional leaders to support brand positioning.
• Design visual standards and define tone for photo, graphics, typography, copy, video, UGC, paid and organic content.
• Design and develop digital and video content including editing for promotions, product launches, collaborations and partnerships.
• Create and establish efficient workflows, mentor and develop junior creative team.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Design, Fine Arts or Equivalent preferred
• 3-5+ years of direct design experience in fashion, beauty or luxury
• Adobe proficiency including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
• Best in class communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of all digital platforms with expertise in Meta and TikTok
• Experience leading a team
• Highly adaptable and engaged in a fast-paced, creative environment with tight deadlines.
