The Content Creator at Penate Medical Center is responsible for developing engaging and informative content that aligns with Medicare guidelines and promotes healthcare services. This role requires a strong background in healthcare communication, particularly in the Medicare sector, and fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively reach a bilingual audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling, high-quality content for our website, social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Ensure content aligns with Medicare guidelines and regulations, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Create content strategies to promote services, engage with Medicare patients, and increase patient education on healthcare options.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that effectively communicate our services to the community.
- Translate materials from English to Spanish (and vice versa) to ensure accessibility for our bilingual audience.
- Monitor healthcare trends and Medicare updates to incorporate relevant and timely information into content.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the Medicare or healthcare field in Miami area.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines, benefits, and patient education.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
