About the position

As a Livestream Host and Content Creator at MARKET.live, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online shopping experience through engaging live sales events. This part-time position requires a charismatic individual who can connect with an audience, showcase products effectively, and drive sales while fostering a sense of community during livestreams.

Responsibilities

• Host live streaming events on various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) to promote and sell products.
• Present products in an engaging and informative manner, highlighting key features, benefits, and special promotions whether Live or in pre-filmed content.
• Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a sense of community.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute livestream events that align with our brand strategy.
• Monitor live chat and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with modern Social Media apps, trends, and culture
• Proven track record of regularly posting on social media
• Confidence on camera
• Sales experience preferred, ability to sell in person / retail sales experience preferred
• Must live local to Los Alamitos, CA
• Available to Livestream in Studio 10 hrs per week
• Must be 18 or older
• Flexible hours preferred depending on product / show for Livesales
• 10-15 hours per week
