About the position

The Content Designer will join the Studio team within the Brand & Marketing department at Rose International, focusing on creating engaging digital experiences that enhance the company's brand identity. This role emphasizes copywriting for customer email communications, requiring a blend of creative skills and technical expertise in HTML and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to produce compelling content that supports customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling content for customer email communications.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, developers, and marketing specialists.
• Leverage writing and email expertise to enhance customer engagement.
• Support the acquisition of new customers and satisfaction of existing customers.
• Contribute to the elevation of the company's brand identity.
• Improve processes and develop skills within the content team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years of related experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and HTML.
• Strong creative skills with a portfolio of compelling copywriting.
• Experience working within enterprise-scale email development workflows.

Nice-to-haves

• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with Stripo or other WYSIWYG email tools.
• Experience in project management frameworks like Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to different project management modes.
