Responsibilities

• Create compelling content for customer email communications.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, developers, and marketing specialists.
• Support the acquisition of new customers and satisfaction of existing customers.
• Contribute to the elevation of the company's brand identity.
• Improve processes and develop skills within the content team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience, maximum 5 years.
• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and HTML.
• Strong creative skills with a portfolio of compelling copywriting.
• Experience working within project management frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum).

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with building emails in Stripo or other WYSIWYG email tools.
• Excellent copywriting skills and strong design acumen.
• Experience working within enterprise-scale email development workflows.
