About the position

The Principal Content Designer at Aquent Talent is a strategic role focused on crafting and delivering impactful product copy while leading and inspiring a design organization. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive best practices in content design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX content strategy and a passion for creating engaging communications.

Responsibilities

• Craft the strategic vision for the content design discipline and deliver on-brand product copy.
• Solve complex problems with curiosity and openness.
• Lead by example, inspiring and coaching team members to contribute to the design culture.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional partners to drive best-in-class thinking.
• Proactively solicit and share design research, competitive analysis, and relevant metrics to inform strategic communications.
• Think holistically about the ecosystem of end users and competitors.

Requirements

• Willingness to relocate to Bentonville, AR and work onsite 5 days a week.
• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Design, or a similar field.
• 8+ years of experience in UX content strategy/design, not product marketing.
• A portfolio showcasing UX case studies that demonstrate craft, impact, and collaborative process.
• Experience facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders through sound rationale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
