About the position

The Content Designer/Writer at Myticas LLC is responsible for developing content strategies and creating user-centered designs for high-quality digital experiences. This role involves collaborating with technical and non-technical team members to communicate complex information clearly, while also focusing on SEO, user research, and the overall functionality of digital products. The position requires a strong understanding of emerging trends in UX and content design to lead the design and renewal of web content and digital services.

Responsibilities

• Create effective, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Design the overall functionality of the product to ensure a great user experience, iterating based on user testing.
• Design user interfaces for various projects such as digital displays, publications, media, and other creative materials as required.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs.
• Conceive and conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Requirements

• Experience with developing content strategy, inclusive writing, and user-centered design for high-quality digital experiences.
• Experience communicating complex information clearly for technical and non-technical team members and end users.
• Experience with SEO, journey mapping, user stories, information architecture, content auditing and evaluation, wireframing, prototyping, persona development, user research, and content testing.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in UX and content design to advise on strategy and lead the design and ongoing renewal of web content and digital services.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of network security and network protocols.
