About the position

Anthropic is seeking a versatile Content Designer to craft compelling narratives and content experiences across our brand, product, and user education touchpoints. This role involves collaborating with the Brand Creative and Product Design teams to develop and implement content strategies that enhance product experiences and drive customer engagement. The Content Designer will create user-centric content for various deliverables, ensuring alignment with the company's visual identity and effectively communicating the capabilities of their AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, user-centric content for brand and marketing materials, product interfaces, onboarding flows, and UX writing.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure cohesive content and user experiences.
• Develop content strategies that enhance product experiences and drive engagement with target customers.
• Independently lead content projects and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Distill complex technical concepts into accessible and engaging narratives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or copywriting for both brand and product.
• Proven ability to develop content that effectively communicates complex technical concepts and guides users through product experiences.
• Strong understanding of content design and UX writing principles.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, adaptable for diverse audiences and channels.
• Experience collaborating with design and product teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in developing content for AI, ML, or other technical products.
• Background in UX research, information architecture, or interaction design.
• Familiarity with data-driven content optimization and user testing methodologies.
