About the position

The Content Designer III role focuses on creating clear and concise content for digital products, including web and app user interfaces. The position requires a deep understanding of target audiences and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. The designer will collaborate with teams to ensure that content aligns with brand voice and tone while also considering user needs and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for digital products, including web and app UIs and conversational experiences.
• Understand the impacts of content decisions across product flows and systems.
• Explore themes based on user needs and provide constructive feedback.
• Consider project metrics and user feedback when crafting new content.
• Participate in user studies and A/B testing of content.
• Structure product content in appropriate formats for user needs and business problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in UX writing, content audits, content mapping, and information architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of core UX design skills including UX writing, content audits, content mapping, and information architecture techniques.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in travel industry is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working on Android and iOS apps.
• Familiarity with human-centered design practices.
• Experience in a platform or two-sided marketplace.
