About the position

RVO Health is seeking a Content Designer to enhance its marketing and UX copywriting efforts as part of its growing Medicare businesses. The role involves collaborating with product teams to create engaging content strategies that resonate with users and align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital content creation and a passion for user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Interpret business goals to inform research and content testing strategies.
• Partner with user researchers to surface user needs and ensure work speaks in the user's voice.
• Present learnings and design recommendations based on best practices and testing data.
• Write engaging UX copy across various channels including on-site experiences, landing pages, emails, and video.
• Manage compliance copy deck submission to partners year-round.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX copywriting, marketing, or digital strategy.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience in social media, email marketing, and brand advertising.
• Strong understanding of UX and digital content principles.
• Experience using digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like Miro.
• A coachable and approachable personality.
• Ability to confidently present work to internal stakeholders.
