About the position

The Content Designer role focuses on copywriting for customer email communications within a hybrid contract opportunity. The position requires excellent copywriting skills, strong design acumen, and familiarity with email building tools like Stripo. The role aims to support customer acquisition and satisfaction while enhancing the company's brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling content for customer email communications.
• Support the acquisition of new customers and satisfaction of existing customers.
• Contribute to the elevation of the company's brand identity.
• Improve processes and develop skills within the content team.
• Work collaboratively within a small close-knit team and adapt to project management frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and journey orchestration.
• Knowledge of HTML for email development.
• Experience using Stripo or similar email building tools.
• Experience working within enterprise-scale email development workflows.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to different project management modes.
• Comfortable in both collaborative and independent work settings.
• Strong attention to detail while pursuing big-picture objectives.
• Experience working with content reviewers and incorporating feedback.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management frameworks.
• Experience with Atlassian tools.
