About the position
The Content Designer will join the Studio team in the Brand & Marketing department, focusing on creating digital experiences that engage customers and prospects while enhancing the company's brand identity as a sustainability leader. This role emphasizes copywriting and supporting customer email communications, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders to produce compelling content.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, developers, and marketing specialists to create engaging digital experiences.
- Focus on copywriting for customer email communications.
- Utilize email-building tools like Stripo to design and develop email content.
- Work within enterprise-scale email development workflows to ensure quality and consistency.
- Incorporate feedback from various content reviewers to refine and improve content.
- Balance attention to detail with the pursuit of big-picture objectives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience in content design or copywriting.
- Portfolio showcasing compelling and creative copywriting skills.
- Experience using Stripo or similar email-building tools.
- Strong design acumen to identify effective design elements within brand guidelines.
- Experience working within project management frameworks such as Agile/Scrum.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and journey orchestration.
- Knowledge of HTML.
