About the position

The Content Designer will play a crucial role in shaping customer experiences and establishing the brand voice within a collaborative remote environment. This position involves working closely with a diverse team to create human-centric content strategies, particularly for the client's search, product list page (PLP), and product details pages (PDP).

Responsibilities

• Develop effective information architecture (IA)
• Interpret and utilize customer data to inform design decisions
• Build strong relationships with product and engineering partners to create effective workflows
• Apply robust storytelling, UX writing, content design, and content strategy skills
• Continuously advocate for improved customer experiences

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or Experience Designer specializing in writing, or 8+ years in a related role
• A deep understanding of how to create effective information architecture (IA)
• The ability to interpret and use customer data to make design decisions
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Robust storytelling, UX writing, content design, and content strategy skills
• A curious mind and a collaborative heart

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of experience working in e-commerce or other large design environments
• Experience envisioning, defining, and modeling end-to-end, multichannel experiences
• Skilled in balancing an Agile work environment with a cohesive and holistic view of the customer journey
• Basic understanding of designing for WCAG 2.1/508 accessibility standards
