About the position

RVO Health is seeking a Content Designer to contribute to the marketing and UX copywriting for its Medicare businesses. The role involves collaborating with product teams to create engaging content strategies that align with user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital content principles and experience in managing compliance copy decks.

Responsibilities

• Interpret business goals to inform research and content testing strategies
• Partner with user researchers to surface user needs and ensure work speaks in the user's voice
• Present learnings and design recommendations from best practices and testing data
• Write engaging UX copy across various channels including landing pages and emails
• Manage compliance copy deck submission to partners year-round

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX copywriting, marketing, or digital strategy
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Experience in social media, email marketing, and brand advertising
• Strong understanding of UX and digital content principles
• Experience using digital design tools for wireframing and prototyping such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro
• Ability to confidently present work to internal stakeholders
• Ability to self-edit work and manage priorities
• Experience using data to iterate on existing digital experiences
