About the position

The Content Developer will be responsible for managing data within content management systems (CMS) and catalog management tools, contributing to the success of the engineering team by setting up content and guiding data infrastructure for new features and projects. This role involves collaboration with various talented individuals to design, engineer, validate, and deliver e-commerce features into production, focusing on managing multiple types of data essential for these new features.

Responsibilities

• Handle data within CMS and catalog management tools.
• Set up and manage content for new features and projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver e-commerce features into production.
• Manage eCommerce product data, configuration, and metadata analysis.
• Work on global e-commerce shopping experience development and execution.
• Anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve problems on the fly.
• Establish rapport and influence across a large, matrixed organization.

Requirements

• 8 - 10 years of experience in content development or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2 or more years experience with CMS tools such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or AEM.
• 2 or more years experience with eCommerce product data and metadata analysis.
• 2 or more years experience with catalog management tools such as FileMaker, SAP CRM, or Salsify.
• Experience with a repository such as GitHub and understanding of JSON, XML schemas.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe CQ5/Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Familiarity with SAP CRM.
