About the position

Outlier is seeking experienced Turkish writers to assist in training generative artificial intelligence models. This freelance opportunity allows for remote work with flexible hours, enabling contributors to work at their convenience. The role involves evaluating AI-generated Turkish text and providing feedback to enhance AI model performance.

Responsibilities

• Reading Turkish text to rank a series of responses produced by an AI model
• Writing a short story in Turkish about a given topic
• Assessing the factual accuracy of Turkish text produced by an AI model

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish
• Experience as a professional translator
• Professional writing experience (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.)
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing
• Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in AI model training or evaluation
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies
