About the position

Outlier is seeking experienced Thai writers to assist in training generative artificial intelligence models. This freelance opportunity allows for remote work with flexible hours, enabling contributors to work at their convenience. The role involves providing human feedback to improve AI models by reading, ranking, and assessing Thai text responses generated by AI.

Responsibilities

• Reading Thai text to rank a series of responses produced by an AI model.
• Writing a short story in Thai about a given topic.
• Assessing the factual accuracy of Thai text produced by an AI model.

Requirements

• Fluency in Thai language.
• Experience as a professional translator or in professional writing (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing.
• Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.

Nice-to-haves

• Higher rates may be offered to PhDs.
• Experience in AI-related projects.
