About the position

Outlier is seeking experienced Thai writers to assist in training generative artificial intelligence models. This freelance position allows for flexible hours and remote work, focusing on providing human feedback to improve AI models.

Responsibilities

• Read Thai text to rank responses generated by an AI model.
• Write short stories in Thai on given topics.
• Assess the factual accuracy of Thai text produced by an AI model.

Requirements

• Fluency in Thai language.
• Experience as a professional translator or in professional writing (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing.
• Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.

Nice-to-haves

• Higher education qualifications such as a PhD may lead to higher pay rates.
