About the position

Outlier is seeking experienced Thai writers to assist in training generative AI models by providing human feedback. This freelance position allows for flexible hours and is entirely remote, making it suitable for individuals looking to contribute their writing expertise in a convenient manner.

Responsibilities

• Read Thai text to rank responses generated by an AI model.
• Write short stories in Thai based on given topics.
• Assess the factual accuracy of Thai text produced by an AI model.

Requirements

• Fluency in Thai language.
• Experience as a professional translator or writer (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing.
• Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in AI model training or evaluation.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies.
