About the position

Outlier is seeking experienced Thai writers to assist in training generative artificial intelligence models. This freelance opportunity allows for remote work with flexible hours, enabling contributors to work at their convenience. The role involves providing human feedback to improve AI models by reading, assessing, and writing Thai text.

Responsibilities

• Reading Thai text to rank responses produced by an AI model
• Writing short stories in Thai on given topics
• Assessing the factual accuracy of Thai text generated by an AI model

Requirements

• Fluency in Thai
• Experience as a professional translator
• Professional writing experience (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.)
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing
• Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing

Nice-to-haves

• Higher rates may be offered to PhDs
• Experience in AI-related projects
