About the position

The Content Entry Specialist role at Creative Circle involves working with a well-known university to manage and migrate content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Asana. The position focuses on ensuring high-quality presentation and consistency of content across various platforms, while also making necessary editorial updates and managing multimedia assets.

Responsibilities

• Review existing and new content for editorial updates and consistency with the style guide.
• Manually migrate content from the existing website to the new CMS in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Author, edit, optimize, and publish AEM pages.
• Manage tasks and requests using Asana to ensure specifications are met.
• Ensure assets are saved in the AEM media library with proper titles, captions, alt text, and descriptions.
• Add tagging and metadata to content as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Content Entry using Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience working with Asana for task management.
• Project experience in large production and data entry work.
• Familiarity with taxonomy, metadata, and tagging for CMS.
• Experience with multimedia asset management, including video and audio.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with experience managing a high volume of assets.
