About the position

The Content Experience Analytics Intern at Warner Bros. Discovery will support a data-driven approach to editorial and merchandising activities. This role involves developing frameworks for performance assessment, providing insights to influence decision-making, and collaborating with various teams to enhance content consumption and increase subscriptions. The intern will work in a hybrid capacity, contributing to one of the company's high-priority business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop frameworks and analyses for assessing key questions facing the business
  • Be an advocate for data-informed decision-making, making recommendations about how content performance should impact merchandising choices
  • Help merchandising teams become data self-sufficient, utilizing metrics, dashboards, and tools to understand performance
  • Provide insights to introduce recommendations to all discovery+ and Max platforms to improve content consumption and increase subscriptions

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
  • Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older)
  • Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above cumulative GPA)
  • Experience in building executive-level materials with a keen eye for presentation design
  • Motivated, disciplined, taking initiative and able to work effectively autonomously
