About the position

The Content Marketing and Social Media Manager at Allied Universal® is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that enhances the company's online presence across various social media platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, managing audience interactions, and driving brand awareness while aligning with broader marketing campaigns. The manager will play a pivotal role in fostering employee advocacy and improving recruitment effectiveness through strategic content management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an innovative content strategy that aligns with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee social media channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and consistent messaging through Hootsuite.
  • Produce and edit high-quality short-form or multimedia content that captivates and informs audiences.
  • Develop and execute content marketing campaigns to acquire new companies and generate leads.
  • Establish social media priorities, goals, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Leverage data analytics to refine strategies and provide regular performance metrics aligned with KPIs.
  • Boost success of recruiting campaigns with organic and paid programs.
  • Strengthen recruitment effectiveness by managing content on platforms such as Indeed.com and Glassdoor.com.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and gather target audience insights through platforms like Talkwalker and Birdeye.
  • Build an influencer marketing program to expand brand reach and visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in B2B content marketing or social media strategy roles.
  • Experience with Hootsuite or comparable social listening tools.
  • Knowledge of content development, social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent tool.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgement and business intelligence.
  • Proficient in creating reports and tracking results; comfortable with data collection and analysis.
  • Attention to detail and strong editing/proofreading skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with platform analytic tools.
  • Prior experience with online marketing, paid lead programs, and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Experience in a public or large global company.

  • Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 base salary with annual bonus eligibility.
