About the position

The Content Marketing Associate at Veeva Systems is responsible for providing editorial and operational support to the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and project management experience, contributing to the overall success of the marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit a variety of content, including blog posts, social media posts, contributed articles, and case studies.
• Provide project management support to the content marketing team, ensuring projects are completed on time and efficiently.
• Assist with monthly reporting on content performance.
• Maximize the value and reach of content by creating derivative pieces for multiple channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as product marketing, field marketing, creative, and communications to drive content planning and execution.
• Maintain the internal library of content marketing resources and training materials.
• Stay updated on content marketing trends and propose new ideas for exploration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an editorial or content-related role.
• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field.
• Writing samples that demonstrate exceptional writing skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Curiosity and interest in life sciences.
