Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute content strategy in alignment with marketing and business goals.
  • Create and edit high-value content for websites, blogs, social media, proposals, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce multimedia content.
  • Plan, develop, review, and execute content marketing campaigns with industry marketers and SMEs.
  • Utilize SEO best practices for content optimization and keyword research.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Create and manage industry editorial calendars with niche marketers.
  • Coordinate inbound content publication requests and ensure quality and tone consistency.
  • Update cross-functional marketing teams with trending content.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to the development of writing and digital content style guides.
  • Act as the firm liaison for media inquiries and manage relationships with media contacts.
  • Maintain the database of press and media contacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, or news media.
  • Ability to use storytelling to engage readers.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-digest content.
  • Creative, innovative, and strategic mindset.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in content creation.
  • Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Effective time and project management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and content marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and social media marketing.
