About the position

Ateliere Creative Technologies is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to manage digital marketing, agency coordination, and lead generation activities. This role focuses on streamlining processes and ensuring consistent messaging across various platforms, including social media, trade publications, and the company website. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle pressure effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with agencies and contribute to content creation and management of the Ateliere website.
  • Work directly with the sales organization to ensure effective lead generation messaging.
  • Organize and manage sales collateral for easy access by marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Corporate and Sales leadership to streamline creative requests and manage project timelines.
  • Ensure mainstream media presence enhances and amplifies the brand image through agency coordination.
  • Plan and manage the company's presence at industry trade and customer events with internal and external partners.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms in alignment with current messaging.
  • Coordinate brand messaging across trade publications and webinars with agency partners.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns and lead tracking in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree in marketing preferred (equivalent marketing experience can be accepted)
  • 2-4 years of experience in a professional or start-up environment
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, team, and partners
  • Focused on creative, executional, and organizational excellence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of Adobe products, particularly Photoshop and Premiere

  • Experience with graphic design
