About the position

The Content Marketing Coordinator at 3SI Security Systems will support content creation and digital marketing efforts across various platforms, including social media and email marketing. This hybrid role is designed for a creative individual who is passionate about storytelling and engaging audiences, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for social media, email newsletters, website blogs, and other digital channels.
• Schedule and post content across all social platforms, monitor engagement, and contribute to social media strategy by researching trends and best practices.
• Assist in developing and executing email campaigns, including writing copy, building emails, and analyzing performance using HubSpot.
• Assist the Content Specialist with the creation and development of content assets.
• Work closely with the Product and Sales teams to align content initiatives with broader business goals and develop targeted assets to support product marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with HubSpot/email marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Figma; Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for creative, impactful content.
