About the position

As a Content Marketing Manager at CapCut, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, developing, and implementing highly creative promotional campaigns aimed at promoting CapCut products. Your primary focus will be on generating leads and driving conversions for our commercial users and businesses. You will manage the operational workflow across various functions, leading cross-functional teams, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and reporting on outcomes. This position is part of the CapCut for Business team, which is dedicated to supporting commercial users and businesses in streamlining their marketing content production processes from start to finish. In this role, you will develop and implement end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies that engage users at every stage of their journey. You will analyze user data to identify trends, segmentation opportunities, and insights that will inform go-to-market strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and implementing unified SEO strategies and best practices across the digital ecosystem, driving long-term sustainable traffic, improving rankings, and increasing conversions for CapCut's business products and features. You will also support CapCut's business product go-to-market efforts through user research, product tests, and iterations throughout the product development cycle. A key part of your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining a content calendar to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality content, while also identifying and capitalizing on relevant major events and tentpole topics to maximize lead generation and conversions. Collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Product Management, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, R&D, Monetization, Content, and User Insights, will be essential to ensure alignment on key objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, develop, and implement highly creative promotional campaigns to promote CapCut products.
  • Manage the operational workflow cross-functionally, leading cross-functional teams, monitoring performance, troubleshooting, and reporting.

  • Develop and implement unified SEO strategies and best practices across the digital ecosystem that drive long-term sustainable traffic, ranking improvements, and conversions for CapCut's business products and features.
  • Support CapCut's business product go-to-market through user research, product tests, and iterations throughout the product development cycle.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent delivery of high-quality content; identify and capitalize on relevant major events and tentpole topics to maximize lead generation and conversions.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on key objectives and timelines.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or equivalent roles.
  • Proven success in SEO, lifecycle or email marketing, content strategy development, and content production.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrate strong abilities to own, manage, and communicate strategy/approach across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly skilled at synthesizing business insights for problem-solving.
  • Experience working with international teams across time zones.
  • Self-starter and result-driven.
