About the position

As the Content Manager, Global Communications, you will be responsible for crafting and sharing the brand's narrative globally. You will collaborate with regional teams to identify compelling stories that resonate with customers and brand partners, ensuring alignment with the global strategy. You will also lead and mentor a team of content creators, guiding them to produce high-quality, strategically aligned content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and execute on a global content marketing strategy that supports business goals and regional needs.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to create locally resonant stories while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Manage global content calendars and global social media channels, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content across all markets.
  • Partner with market leaders to understand local trends, customer behaviors, and communication preferences.
  • Tailor content for individual markets while maintaining a unified brand voice.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across regions to ensure the implementation of global best practices.
  • Write, edit, and optimize content for platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and more.
  • Collaborate with creative professionals to produce multimedia content that appeals to diverse audiences.
  • Lead a communication specialist, providing mentorship and support to ensure high-quality content delivery.
  • Oversee team development and foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.
  • Assign tasks aligned with the global content strategy and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify and develop key stories that highlight the brand's mission, values, and impact.
  • Create content that engages both customers and brand partners to enhance brand reputation and influence.
  • Maintain a consistent brand narrative across all channels and regions.
  • Monitor and analyze global content performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports on content marketing efforts with actionable insights for improvement.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Work with regional content creators and global communications staff to ensure cohesive storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in global content marketing or a similar role, with team management experience.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills from a global perspective.
  • Experience working with international markets and understanding cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in leading cross-functional global teams.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
