About the position

The Content Marketing Manager - Ostomy Care is responsible for developing and implementing clinical marketing plans and creating engaging content for customers, patients, and sales training programs. This role requires a blend of clinical knowledge and marketing expertise to simplify complex clinical concepts for non-medical audiences, ensuring alignment with Ostomy Care's marketing campaigns and product portfolio. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally to drive effective communication strategies and measurable content experiences across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical marketing plans for Ostomy Care.
  • Create clinical content that resonates with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.
  • Simplify and synthesize clinical messages for non-medical audiences.
  • Initiate and execute meaningful content experiences that engage physicians and HCPs.
  • Support content development for workshops, tradeshows, and social media events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective communication strategies.
  • Drive execution of content strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials that support HCP understanding of Ostomy solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, English, or Journalism.
  • 5+ years of content strategy and/or marketing campaign experience in a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Experience in developing content from concept through production, focusing on digital storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of brand standards and management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage projects to completion.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the medical device, pharma, or biotech industries.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
