About the position

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. As a Content & Marketing Manager for Priority Products within the North America Small and Medium Business (SMB) Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving leads, product adoption, and revenue growth for SMBs through innovative strategies and education. You will work closely with Sales, Growth, and Product teams to define opportunity sizes, prioritize support for owned products, and build a seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include leading go-to-market (GTM) narratives, campaign strategies, and integrated marketing plans that encompass webinars, events, social media, email, and more. In this role, you will develop and maintain launch calendars to ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) for priority products are met on time and within budget. You will oversee high-quality content creation across various formats and manage internal and external vendors to develop marketing assets. Tracking and analyzing marketing performance across all campaigns will be crucial, as you will need to identify areas for improvement and continuously iterate for better results. You will also advocate for customer focus based on data and research, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs and solution-based narratives. The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and a creative thinker, with a strong background in designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences. You should have a passion for TikTok and be full of ideas that will help propel the platform into the future. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and execution, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new challenges. Responsibilities

  • Drive leads, product adoption, and revenue growth for SMBs through innovative strategies and education.
  • Align with Sales, Growth, and Product to define opportunity size and prioritize support for owned products.
  • Lead GTM narrative, campaign strategy, and integrated marketing plans by collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain launch calendars to deliver KPIs for priority products on time and on budget.
  • Oversee high-quality content creation across formats and manage internal/external vendors to develop assets.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance across all campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with regional counterparts for full-funnel success.
  • Identify and package successful regional platform content strategies for global scaling.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategy or content strategy role.
  • Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing performance.
  • Expert written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope, and independently lead ideation and execution.
  • Experience leading and collaborating across broader teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to define product value propositions.
