As a Content & Marketing Manager for Priority Products within the North America Small and Medium Business (SMB) Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving leads, product adoption, and revenue growth for SMBs through innovative strategies and education. You will work closely with Sales, Growth, and Product teams to define opportunity sizes, prioritize support for owned products, and build a seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include leading go-to-market (GTM) narratives, campaign strategies, and integrated marketing plans that encompass webinars, events, social media, email, and more. In this role, you will develop and maintain launch calendars to ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) for priority products are met on time and within budget. You will oversee high-quality content creation across various formats and manage internal and external vendors to develop marketing assets. Tracking and analyzing marketing performance across all campaigns will be crucial, as you will need to identify areas for improvement and continuously iterate for better results. You will also advocate for customer focus based on data and research, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs and solution-based narratives. The ideal candidate is a skilled marketer and a creative thinker, with a strong background in designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences.
