About the position

The Content & Marketing Manager for Priority Products at TikTok is responsible for driving leads, product adoption, and revenue growth for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) through innovative marketing strategies. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create integrated marketing plans, oversee content creation, and analyze marketing performance to optimize results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in content strategy and a passion for TikTok's mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive leads, product adoption and revenue growth for SMBs through innovative strategies, education, and target ownership for priority product(s).
  • Align with Sales, Growth and Product to define opportunity size, prioritize support for owned products, build a seamless client experience, and understand key success drivers.
  • Lead GTM narrative, campaign strategy, and 'wrapper' by collaborating with stakeholders to define product value propositions, craft joint integrated marketing plans (webinars, events, web, social, email and more), insight-driven toolkits, campaigns, narratives, pitch packages, and verticalized content / strategies.
  • Develop and maintain launch calendars to deliver KPIs for priority products on time and on budget, highlighting barriers and opportunities along the way.
  • Focus on content as an input to success with ultimate responsibility of driving a comprehensive campaign in partnership with Product, Sales, Growth, and GBS (e.g. Marketing Solutions) in joint narratives, events, campaigns and packages.
  • Oversee high-quality content creation across formats, manage internal/external vendors (writers, designers, creators, agencies) to develop assets.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance across all campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and continuously iterate for better results.
  • Share best practices, collaborate with regional counterparts, and contribute to broader team initiatives for full-funnel success across leads, new revenue and incremental revenue.
  • Identify and package successful regional platform content strategies for global scaling and leverage across other regions.
  • Advocate for customer focus based on data and research, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs and solution-based narratives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategy or content strategy role.
  • Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance.
  • Expert written and verbal communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution.
  • Experience leading and collaborating across broader teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to define product value propositions and GTM plans.
  • Confidence in crafting integrated marketing plans encompassing various channels.
